CCC Volunteer Rota

Dear Volunteers,
Thank you so much for volunteering yourselves, your time and energy! I pray that God will bless you as you serve the youth of Cirencester.
If you can let me know the days and times that you can volunteer, that would be great! Below is an example of the rota just to give you an idea of times. Ideally, We need two people for each time slot as well as myself!

Just in case you’re wondering what will be expected of you during each time slot, here’s a brief idea:

Mondays to Fridays

  • 1500- 1600
    - 15 mins prayer (you don’t have to pray out loud if you don’t want to!);
    - set up computers, café etc;
    - half hour Serving in the café, helping with computers and homework (if needed)
    - maybe playing some of the games and getting to know the youth.
     

  • 1600- 1700
    - Serving in the café,
    - helping with computers and homework (if needed)
    - maybe playing some of the games and getting to know the youth.
     

  • 1700 – 1800
    - Serving in the café
    - helping with computers and homework (if needed)
    - maybe playing some of the games and getting to know the youth
    - half hour clearing up & tidying etc.

Friday Evenings

  • 1830 –1930 = 15 mins prayer (you don’t have to pray out loud if you don’t want to!):
    - set up computers, café etc.
    - half hour Serving in the café
    - helping with computers and homework (if needed)
    - maybe playing some of the games and getting to know the youth.
     

  • 1930 – 2030 = Serving in the café
    - helping with computers and homework (if needed)
    - maybe playing some of the games and getting to know the youth.
     

  • 2030 – 2130 = Serving in the café
    - helping with computers and homework (if needed)
    - maybe playing some of the games and getting to know the youth.
    - Half hour clearing up & tidying.
